By downloading and using ComicDeck, you agree to the following terms governing the use of the app, user-provided content, and Pro feature unlocks.
1 ComicDeck Pro & Purchases
Information on in-app purchases and unlocks.
- One-Time Purchase: "ComicDeck Pro" is a one-time purchase managed through Apple's StoreKit, granting access to premium features (3D Page Curls, custom backgrounds, unlimited network streaming).
- Restoring Purchases: You may restore your purchase at any time via the Settings menu across devices sharing your Apple ID.
- Tip Jar: Optional tips do not unlock features and are strictly voluntary support for the developer.
2 User Content Responsibility
ComicDeck is a viewer; you supply the files.
- Legal Ownership: You are solely responsible for the legality of the comic archives (CBZ, CBR, PDF, etc.) you load, transfer, or stream into the application.
- Content Monitoring: We do not monitor, host, or have access to any content you upload to your device or self-hosted servers.
3 Intellectual Property
Ownership of the software and its design.
- Copyright: The application, and core code, is the property of AJ Design (© 2026).
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its proprietary machine learning models.
4 Disclaimer of Warranties
Using network features is at your own discretion.
- "As Is": The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- Network Reliability: We are not responsible for streaming interruptions caused by your personal NAS setup, OPDS server downtime, or external network configurations.
