  • The App Name (e.g., MiniVideo, The Grouch, ComicDeck)

  • Your Device & OS (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18, Mac on macOS Sequoia, Apple Watch, Android)

  • A brief description of the issue you’re running into.
