1 License to Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded products you own.

• Do not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
• Do not rent, lease, sell, or redistribute the App.

2 User Content

MiniVideo acts as a local media transfer tool. You are solely responsible for the videos and media you transfer and play.

• You warrant that you own or have licenses for the content you transfer.
• We assume no liability for copyright infringement resulting from your transferred media.

3 Privacy & Local Processing

Your privacy is our priority. MiniVideo processes and transfers your video files locally via your device's internal storage or your local Wi-Fi network.

• We do not upload or store your personal videos on our servers.
• No personal video data is collected or tracked by us.

4 In-App Purchases

MiniVideo offers a free tier (max 3 stored videos) and a premium MiniVideo Pro upgrade.

• Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase unlocking unlimited transfers.
• Payments are processed by Apple. We do not store payment info.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's standard App Store policies.

5 Hardware Limitations

Transferring video files to your Apple Watch relies on your hardware's capabilities.

• Video files consume significant device storage.
• Video playback may drain your Apple Watch battery faster than normal usage.

6 Wi-Fi Transfer Feature

The App includes a feature to create a local web server to receive files from a Mac or PC.

• You are responsible for using this on a secure, private network.
• We are not liable for unauthorized interception on public/unencrypted networks.

7 Intellectual Property

All rights to the App's design, code, UI/UX, and branding are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8 Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS-IS". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee error-free functionality across all future iOS/watchOS updates.
• Transfer speeds vary based on Apple's frameworks and your network.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the App.

10 Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple will have the right to enforce them against you.
