CueDeck is a professional tool for musicians. We believe your data and your music belong to you. Our policy is simple: we don't track you.
1 Data Collection
We do not collect personal information.
- CueDeck does not require an account or login.
- We do not have access to your audio files. They are stored locally on your device or your personal network (SMB).
- We do not track your location or usage habits.
2 File Access
CueDeck requests specific permissions to function.
- Local Network: Used strictly to connect to your own NAS or SMB server for track imports.
- Files/Folders: Used to store your setlists and audio stems locally within the app's sandbox.
- Audio: Necessary to output sound to your speakers or audio interface.
3 Third-Party Services
We use standard Apple services for app functionality.
- App Store / StoreKit: All purchases (Pro Unlock) are handled by Apple. We do not see your credit card or billing info.
- iCloud: If you use the Files app, your data may sync via your own Apple iCloud account, which is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
4 Data Security
Your show is your business.
- Because we don't store your data on our servers, there is no risk of your setlists being leaked from our end.
- The Wi-Fi Transfer server in the app is local-only; it does not broadcast your files to the internet.
