Terms & Conditions

By using CueDeck on macOS or iOS, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of the software for live performances and studio use.

1 License & Use

CueDeck is a tool for playing audio content you own or have the right to use.

The "Free" version allows you to test all audio features with a limit of 3 songs per setlist.
The "Pro Unlock" is a one-time purchase that removes limits and enables the Setlist Library.
You are responsible for the copyright of any audio stems you import into the app.

We strive for 100% reliability, but live technology varies.

CueDeck is provided "as is". While we use low-level C++ for the audio engine, AJ Design is not responsible for show interruptions caused by hardware failure, OS updates, or user error.
We highly recommend testing your specific Audio Interface and MIDI setup thoroughly during rehearsals.

All financial transactions are governed by Apple.

Purchases are linked to your Apple ID. If you change devices, use the "Restore Purchase" button.
AJ Design cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be processed through Apple Support.

We continuously improve CueDeck for the stage.

We reserve the right to modify features to improve performance or comply with new OS requirements.
Users are encouraged to back up their audio stems externally; the app is a player, not a long-term file storage service.
