Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of the ZipDiplomat application ("the App") constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1 License to Use
AJ Design grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZipDiplomat on your Apple devices.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or lease the App or its intellectual property.
2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
- AJ Design makes no representations about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.
3 Security & Encryption Limitations
ZipDiplomat offers password protection features utilizing underlying system or third-party cryptographic utilities.
- No encryption is 100% secure. We do not guarantee that your encrypted archives cannot be hacked, cracked, or bypassed.
- You acknowledge that older encryption standards (e.g., standard ZIP cryptography) may be vulnerable to modern decryption attacks.
- You use the encryption features at your own risk. AJ Design is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your files.
4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Design and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
- We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or loss of profits arising from the use of the App.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from hackers, malware, or third-party interception of your compressed files.
- If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the App, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using it.
5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AJ Design against any losses, costs, or legal fees relating to your use of the App.
- This includes claims arising from data you choose to compress, share, or encrypt.
- This includes your violation of any laws or third-party rights while using the App.
6 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content and files you process using ZipDiplomat.
- You agree not to use the App to compress, distribute, or hide illegal, infringing, or malicious materials (e.g., malware or viruses).
- You are responsible for safely storing and remembering any passwords you apply to your archives. We cannot recover lost passwords.
7 Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the App, such as code, graphics, logos, and UI design, is the property of AJ Design.
- Your use of the App does not entitle you to make unauthorized use of any protected content.
- Any third-party libraries or native macOS utilities utilized by the App remain the property of their respective owners.
8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
- You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the App.
- AJ Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these terms at any time.
